Bianca Sellinger is the Senior Privacy and Compliance Manager at One Medical. In her role, Bianca works with cross-functional teams to help design and implement the privacy and compliance programs that protect patient, member and employee data. Her areas of expertise include investigations, incident response, policy writing, program management, and workforce training and education.

Prior to One Medical, Bianca was the Interim Privacy Compliance Supervisor at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Medical Center where she served as a subject matter expert on research privacy and helped launch the organization’s GDPR Task Force. While at UCSF, Bianca also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of California, Hastings School of Law where she co-taught “Compliance Ethics and Research” as part of the UCSF-UC Hastings Consortium on Law, Science & Health Policy.

Outside of work, Bianca serves on the Board of Directors for Women Healthcare Executives of the San Francisco Bay Area and is an active volunteer with the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank. Bianca obtained her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law with an honors certificate in Public Interest Law, and her B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Global Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was a Norma J. Ehrlich Scholar. She currently resides in San Francisco with her husband, Chris.
