Bianca Sellinger (she/her) is a Director of Enterprise Ethics & Compliance – Privacy at One Medical, an Amazon subsidiary. In her role, Bianca works with cross-functional teams to help design and implement the privacy and compliance programs that protect patient, member and employee data. Her areas of expertise include investigations, incident response, policy writing, program management, regulatory response, and workforce training and education. Bianca also serves as a member of the company’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Committee and as a mentor for the Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) mentorship program.

Prior to One Medical, Bianca worked at the Privacy Office for the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Medical Center. While at UCSF, Bianca also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly University of California, Hastings School of Law) where she co-taught “Compliance Ethics and Research” as part of the UCSF-UC Hastings Consortium on Law, Science & Health Policy.

Bianca obtained her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law with an honors certificate in Public Interest Law, and her B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Global Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was a Norma J. Ehrlich Scholar. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter.
