Lilah Haye, ’22

Lilah Haye is a 4th year student pursuing a B.A. in Public Affairs, a B.A. in World Arts and Cultures/Dance, and a minor in African American Studies. At UCLA, Lilah is a member of the Regents Scholars Society and works as a student assistant for Bruin Recruitment at the James West Alumni Center. For her Public Affairs Capstone, Lilah is interning for the Office of Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez as a legislative intern and is looking forward to the opportunity to write a bill for the state of California as her Capstone Project. Also, Lilah has been selected as a choreographer for the World Arts and Cultures/Dance Department undergraduate show, WACsmash, and will be showcasing her work in winter quarter.

Receiving the Norma J. Ehrlich Alumni Scholarship has not only helped Lilah financially but has given her a network of mentors and the opportunity to meet many amazing women. Lilah couldn’t imagine her UCLA experience without being an Ehrlich Scholar and looks forward to the scholar dinners every quarter. Lilah is proud, and honored, to be a part of a group with such extraordinary women.
