Lilah Haye, ’22

Lilah graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Public Affairs, a B.A. in Dance, and a minor in African American Studies. At UCLA, Lilah was a member of the Regents Scholars Society and worked as a student assistant at the James West Alumni Center. During her time at UCLA, Lilah also interned for former U.S. Senator and current U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris as well as former California State Assemblymember Lorena Gonzalez.

After graduating from UCLA, Lilah moved to Las Vegas to be a Raiderette with the Las Vegas Raiders. As a Raiderette, Lilah performs at Raiders football games, participates in community outreach events, and serves on the Raiderettes Committee of Diversity and Inclusion. In addition to being a Raiderette, Lilah is also a Government and Community Relations Coordinator with the Las Vegas Raiders. Lilah, using both her UCLA degrees, works both on and off the football field with the Raiders.

Receiving the Norma J. Ehrlich Alumni Scholarship not only helped Lilah financially, but has given her a network of mentors and the opportunity to meet many amazing women. Lilah couldn’t imagine her UCLA experience without being an Ehrlich Scholar. Lilah is proud, and honored, to be a part of a group of such extraordinary women.
