Vicki Y. Nee, ’12, JD ’16

Vicki Y. Nee graduated from UCLA in 2012 with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in History. Vicki also received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2016. As an undergraduate at UCLA, she graduated from the Honors College and participated in UCLA’s CAPPP Quarter in DC program. Vicki was a member of Model United Nations at UCLA as Secretary General of BruinMUN and as a member of the competitive travel team. She was also a member of Cadenza A Cappella and was Undersecretary of Logistics for UN-USA’s Global Classroom International conference. She received the Ehrlich Alumni Scholarship in 2009 and the Terry and Susan Kramer Global Leaders Scholarship in 2012.

Vicki feels that the Ehrlich Alumni Scholarship’s impact extends beyond Craig’s financial support of her education. Vicki states that the Ehrlich Alumni Scholarship most importantly introduced her to a community of other strong, intelligent, women leaders at UCLA. The support of Craig and the other Scholars has had a positive impact on both her personal and professional development, and every year she looks forward to welcoming the next class of Ehrlich Scholars.

Vicki now works as an associate attorney at Perkins Coie LLC. She was a board member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Washington, DC and an active participant of the DC Bar Pro Bono Center’s clinics.
